Calling notice
A VoRoute call has one job: ask if a cash-on-delivery order should ship. Calls are not live yet.
Who is called
Only the phone number on that order. The number comes from the store’s checkout, not from a purchased list.
What is said
The call is in Hindi or Hinglish. It names the customer and the amount, and asks whether the order is wanted. The customer can say yes or no. No is a hold, not an argument.
What it is not
It is not a promotional campaign, a survey, or a retry loop that ignores a refusal. Attempts stop at three. A no-answer is recorded as no-answer.
Telecom rules
When calling is switched on, it will be as an order-confirmation call for that purchase, under the telecom rules that apply in India. This page does not claim a registration that is not in place yet.
