Terms
VoRoute confirms cash-on-delivery orders by phone before they ship. The product is in development. These terms cover the public site and, later, use of the system.
What is live
The public site describes the system. It does not offer a paid plan, a trial, or a live calling account. A store cannot turn calls on from this website.
When calling starts
A store may send only orders it is allowed to confirm, to the phone number the customer provided for that order. VoRoute is not a channel for promotions, lead lists, or calls to numbers the store did not collect for that purchase.
The store is responsible for the order data it sends. VoRoute is responsible for using that data to attempt the confirmation and for returning a result: confirmed, cancelled, address fix, or no answer.
No guarantee yet
Until the telephony account is connected, VoRoute does not promise that a call will be placed, answered, or completed. Outcomes on the dashboard before that point are specimens, not customer records.
Acceptable use
Do not use VoRoute to harass, to impersonate a brand the caller does not operate, or to place calls that break Indian telecom rules. Ayush Mishra may refuse or stop a connection that is used that way.
